To choose the correct size, measure your head as follows:

• The height is measured from your nose bridge (nasal bone), over your nose and mouth till the deepest curve underneath you chin.
• The width is measured from the start of your ear opening, over the point of your nose to the other ear opening (measure in front of your tragus).

Measure in relaxed position, don’t pull the measure tape too tight.
