KNITWEAR LAB is a cutting-edge design and manufacturing company specializing in innovative knitwear products. We design, develop and produce knitwear for international designers, prominent brands and other purposes. We pride ourselves on pushing the boundaries of creativity and technology in the world of Knitwear. Our head office in Almere – The Netherlands is focused on research, design and product development. At our LAB in Istanbul – Turkey, we take care of high-quality productions in small quantities. Besides, KNITWEAR LAB has its own brand, offering our own collection of scarves, socks and other knitted accessories. Since both our LABs are growing, we are on the lookout to expand our team with new talent.

Description

As a Knitwear Intern you will work with and learn from our experienced knitwear specialists and programmers. Your main tasks will be to assist with the development of knitwear for both our clients and KNITWEAR LAB’s own product line. From material research to accumulating design inspiration till processing and handling production: you will be involved with every facet of the process.

Qualifications:

* You are studying or have studied fashion, knitwear, product or textile design
* A strong attention to detail as well as a hard-working, hands-on mentality
* The ability to take initiative and work independently
* Open minded and inclusive attitude
* Passion for knitwear
