We design, develop and produce knitwear for international designers, prominent brands and technical purposes. At our LAB in Istanbul – Turkey, we take care of high-quality productions in small quantities. Job description

We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Project Manager and Project Planner to join our passionate and creative team at KNITWEAR LAB. In this role, you will play a crucial part in coordinating and overseeing the successful execution of various knitwear projects from concept to completion.

Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and adherence to budgetary constraints.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, technicians, and suppliers, to ensure seamless project execution.

* Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining tasks, timelines, and resource allocation.

* Identify potential risks and proactively implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

* Monitor project progress, track milestones, and communicate updates effectively to stakeholders.

* Foster a collaborative and innovative environment that encourages creativity and teamwork.

* Continuously improve project management processes and contribute to the enhancement of best practices.

Qualifications:

* Preferable a bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Fashion Technology, or a related field.

* Proven experience as a Project Manager or Project Planner in the fashion, creative, or manufacturing industry.

* Proficiency in project management software and tools.

* Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

* Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.

* Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken.

* EU-citizenship or EU-working license
