Our in-house brand launches two new knitted accessories

In addition to KNITWEAR LAB’s very own collection of knitwear products, designed, developed, and produced in-house, we are launching two new knitted accessories: SCARF HOODY & SCARF MOHAIR. With the new products we set the focus on functionality, sustainability, as well as on comfort and warmth. KNITWEAR LAB – PRODUCTS are created by our talented knitwear specialists to showcase not only our design vision, but our expertise in advanced knitting techniques.

We continue to show what we can do with knitwear! With the new addition to the collection, KNITWEAR LAB takes a step further to enhance its knitting techniques, such as creating 3D-shaped knitwear and playing with its functional possibilities. Moreover, it is the first time we work with our newest Virtual Knitting method for design, development, and production. The connection between virtual 3D technology and material (physical) knitting creates a whole new world for sustainable, cost-efficient, design-driven sample development and knitwear production. KNITWEAR LAB’s two new products were envisioned and brought to life with use of this ground-breaking method.

KNITWEAR LAB takes environmental and animal welfare at heart. The new products are made with sustainable production techniques – the designs are knitted out of one piece, creating almost no waste. It’s our responsibility to showcase sustainable design, materials, and production methods. We always aim to design the most beautiful and innovative knits in the most efficient way, while minimizing our ecological footprint. In addition, our yarns come from trusted European yarn suppliers, who provide us with sustainable and high-quality material solutions. For our latest scarves we chose to use RMS, GRS and RWS certified yarns, which address animal welfare and environmental responsibility in yarn supply chains, as well as set a standard to boost the use of recycled materials.
