We are an open and clean company and proud to make nice and honest products. We trust you and we hope you trust us. We will always try to clear any problem that might arise between us.
The following Terms & Conditions shall govern the sale by Knitwear Lab and the buyer. By placing orders with knitwearlab.nl, it is deemed that you have read, understood and agreed to our Terms & Conditions. If you find any subject in the Terms & Conditions not acceptable, please contact Knitwear Lab before placing your order.
PRICES & VAT
All prices are retail prices and are stated in EURO. Prices are displayed including Dutch VAT (21%). All countries within the European Union are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that taxes and duties are included in the final price.
If you order products from our site for delivery outside the EU, they may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount. If you want, please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order. Please also note that you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the products are destined. We will not be liable for any breach by you of any such laws.
Please be advised that we reserve the right to deduct, from any refund due to the customer, the costs incurred by us for the return shipment of products refused by the customer at customs in the destination country.
We offer the following secure payment methods through Mollie: Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal and iDEAL. Knitwear Lab reserves the right to delay or cancel any order if fraud is suspected.
STOCK AND AVAILABILITY
Almost all products are always in stock and will be shipped the next working day after we receive the payment. If your order is not in stock, we will knit yours, as soon as possible, and send it. If this is the case, we will let you know by email latest the next working day. Of course, you have the right to cancel the order or choose another available product.
SHIPPING / SHIPMENT / DELIVERY
Your order will be shipped within Europe with PostNL or DHL. Orders outside Europe are shipped with the courier that can guarantee a delivery within 3-10 working days after order placement when the payment is done.
Depending on stock availability, your order will be prepared for shipment on the next working day (Monday until Friday). All delivery times are estimated depending on the carrier.
The Netherlands 1-3 working days
Within Europe: 2-10 working days
Outside Europe: 3-10 working days
We ship our products all over the world. The shipping costs are depending on the type of product you buy from us. Please, check during the checkout in your cart which shipping costs will be calculated with your destination.
For all our customers: you are very welcome to visit our Knitwear Lab and pick up your order yourself.
How will my order be shipped?
We always ship your product(s) double packed. It will first be packed in a seal bag, plastic wrapping or envelop and then placed in a special sending bag. We value our products highly and do our best to make sure you will receive it in the best way possible.
Is my package insured?
Yes, Knitwear Lab insures each package for the transit period. It is ensured right up to the moment when it reaches you.
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and customer information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
I didn’t receive a confirmation email, what do I do?
You will always receive an email regarding your order. Please check your junk mail and spam folder if you didn’t receive an email from us. If not, please contact us by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org We will do our very best to assist you.
Can I change or cancel the order?
If you wish to change or cancel your order please contact us by sending an email to email@example.com We will do our very best to assist you.
If you have been charged the wrong amount in the SHOP, we will give you the option of placing a new order with the correct price or canceling your order. We, however, reserve the right to cancel any order prior to dispatch should we find that the price is incorrect. In such case, we will notify you by phone or e-mail. If we are unable to contact you, your order will be automatically canceled.
What should I do if I do not receive my order?
If you haven’t received your package within 7 days (The Netherlands) or 14 days (other countries) and no delivery note has been left for you, you can contact firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
You can return your product within 30 days after receiving it. Please contact us first by sending an email to email@example.com when you want to return your product(s), so we can give you instruction on how to proceed.

The costs incurred for the return shipment are for you. After we received the product, we will refund the total product prize of the product(s) you returned through the payment system you used to pay us. The made shipping costs will not be refunded.
Please be so kind not to wear our products before returning. We will only accept returns of items that have not been worn, used, washed or altered. Returned items must be received with original packaging and all tags intact. If you would like to exchange an item, simply return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement item.
What should I do if my products are damaged or I didn’t receive what I ordered?
Each product is almost completely handcrafted in our Lab. We take extreme care to make each one as perfect as possible. If any of your products are damaged or you didn’t receive what you ordered, please contact us by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org before returning the product(s), so we can give you instructions on how to proceed.
All sizes on any product viewed on knitwearlab.nl are measured in cm. Please, check the Size Chart of the product and measure yourself to find the right size for you. Feel free to contact us at email@example.com if you have any questions or doubts about measurements before ordering.
COLOUR OF PRODUCTS & MATERIALS
The colours of products seen on knitwearlab.nl will depend on the screen from which it is viewed and can vary depending on the screen. Therefore, the color seen on the screen can vary a little from the actual color of the product. We always try to display the colours of the textile as accurate as possible .
CUSTOM MADE PRODUCTS
When you would like us to make a custom-made item/product, please contact us by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org
Tell us your wishes and we will discuss all options and the final price. Custom made products cannot be returned, but if there are any defects or misunderstandings on the design please contact us. We will take care to make you happy about your custom made product.

Where are the Knitwear Lab products made?
All of our products are designed and manufactured in our Knitwear Lab in Almere, The Netherlands. We only work with reputable suppliers that strictly adhere to all the rules set out for the textile industry.

We at Knitwear Lab care about the environment and do our best to create innovative and sustainable products with less as possible waste. We research and select our yarns carefully and always try to get the best quality of certified yarns like Oeko-Tex standard 100, Class 1.
We take great care that we produce everything according to our special standard: treat everybody like you want to be treated!
For security reasons, we do not store any payment information in our database. By using this site, you agree to do so at your own risk and assume full responsibility for any impossibility to use the site.
We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
Your privacy is very important to us. All personal information saved at the site will be handled with the utmost care. The information that we store will not be sold or used for any purposes other than ensuring the best service possible. It will solely be used for informing you about your order made on our website.
